270 circumferential gonioscopy-assisted transluminal trabeculotomy (GATT) with intracanal obstruction

Webinar Description

Presenter: Xiulan Zhang

This video presents the surgical procedure of Gonioscopy-assisted transluminal trabeculotomy (GATT). During the operation, the microcatheter was stuck at 270° as the illuminated tip couldn’t move forward. The video shows you how to deal with the problem after performing a cut through the Schlemm's canal and retrieval of the catheter to complete a 270 degree GATT procedure.
