Indentation gonioscopy

Webinar Description

Presenter: Kazuhiko Mori

Indentation gonioscopy is one of the techniques of dynamic examination of the angle structure, which distinguishes the appositional closure and synechial closure. This short video shows not only the principle of the indentation gonioscopy but also several cases of actual clinical flow of the examination, in comparison with the anterior OCT image. Once mastered, indentation becomes a natural part of the examination, and it affords a dynamic view of the relationship of the iris and the corneoscleral angle.
